"Completely cold pizza, rude and entirely disappointing customer service. Waiting an hour for a pizza, had said on the app it was out for delivery for nearly 40 minutes, after 2 attempts finally got through to the help line and they said the driver had left it in our 'safe box'. No safe box mentioned in my delivery notes, the doorbell 100% wasn't rang as both me and my dad were in the whole time, and came down to a completely cold pizza. Been a customer for over 10 years and can't believe, despite a clear app fault (it still said it was out for delivery, not delivered) and the rider not doing his job (ringing the bell), I'm left with a cold pizza and was entirely dismissed by the rude lady on the phone. I won't be using Papa Johns again. #66064144"
"My mate's best friend's girlfriend ordered a margherita, in a wider order involving varied ingredients. However hers arrived with just tomato sauce. For the ill informed a margherita also has cheese, and on occasion other herbs and spices depending on how adventurous one might be feeling, or the skill level of the chef. This was just tomato sauce. 50% of a margherita. It looked like a pool of blood, but tasted worse. It was also an hour late. Nice cinnamon knots though"
"Without a doubt the worst margarita pizza I've ever seen, its so bad that its actually slightly comical. Its a cheese and tomato pizza without any cheese and after calling the restaurant they told us that this is normal and how they are meant to be. Just paid £14 for a bread and tomato puree haha. Clearly a mistake by Papa John's but they refuse to exchange it or send another one. Awful service."
