"Food always undercooked and taste disgusting. Ingredients are not fresh. Staff are rude including the manager. Please listen to the other bad reviews they are right. The people that work in these places don’t have respect. Always choose dominos they are cleaner and care more."

"Placed an order online but got sent the wrong order, contacted the store and was told a new one would be sent with correct order. Waited over an hour and still nothing, tried to contact store multiple times but nobody answering the phone. No refund and no replacement pizza delivered"

"This is the worst experience I ever had ordering online,I ordered a pizza for three people through deliveroo from this place in Battersea.When the order arrived I was baffled that I received a mini pizza. I call the shop to inquire and oh dear! The phone was answered by a very rude man asking what I want I explain that I ordered a pizza for three and received a mini pizza he then ask my postcode and and I told him, he then said what do you expect be to do go and contact head office and hung up the phone. I froze and was speechless trying to understand what just happen. The staff at this restaurant do NOT value customers and if they do not value customers they careless how your food is being prepared and that’s something I will never experience again because never again will I order from here . The staff at this restaurant in Battersea needs proper training, They are a liability to this Company. I need my one star back, compulsory I had to select or else I would not be able to leave the review. My ratings for this place is No star and disgusting customer service."

"A few days ago I ordered a £31.00 order. I understood that I couldn't be reached with a number I gave but when I was trying to give a different number so I can keep in touch with the driver, the person hanged the phone on me. Pryor to that I wasn't provided a refund or replacement of food and after thinking over it, was willing to take the food I ordered even though it wasn't warm anymore, I could be wrong I sense that the person could not be bothered to bring the £31.00 delivery. I also messaged the situation by email and didn't get one response back from the Papa John's office, which just tells me that nothing is more important to them than the money that fills their pockets and that's disgusting to me. From that day I had to go elsewhere, not receive anything from Papa John's and be £31.00 down. I quite like Papa John's and this experience is very discouraging and I don't know if Papa John's can redeem themselves but I hope it's soon."

"Had notice it was delivered, i waited for a few moments then called. I then called store twice and about 12 minutes later pizza arrived only to find out I had 1 slice of pepperoni on each slice of pizza. Very disappointed."
