"Horrendous knowledge of allergies. Attendant said all toppings are gluten free which I cannot believe and that they don't have anything vegan at all. I asked if they have vegan cheese, because we we dairy intolerant and he said.. "a pizza without cheese?" I tried to explain that some people have allergies and he hung up on me. "Ordered via website and even though the correct order came back on the email it somehow it gets lost in translation between there and the shop and some of the topping got mixed up. Phoned the shop who blamed it on the website as the receipt had the same toppings as the pizza. They arranged a replacement but when the driver turned up to deliver it had to have a argument with him just so he could show me they got it right this time. Customer service is not the strongest to say the least as per the other reviews."
