"If I could I would’ve given no stars to this place but I have no choice but to give the 1 star or I can’t leave a review. This place has no adequate costumer service whatsoever. They have repeatedly messed up my orders where either they forget items or it doesn’t come properly packed. There has never been a smooth delivery from this place and there has never been an apology from them and they don’t try to compensate for the missing food. Instead they try to blame it on us.They refused to deliver to my door even after I had mentioned that I have young kids at home and can’t leave them alone. Their severe incompetence has put me off from ever ordering here again. Shame on them."

"Took over an hour for delivery a few roads away and tried calling to find out where it was when the tracker said it was out for delivery (had to wait around 45 minutes on that section). Called you guys up 8 times and it rang out every time. Pathetic customer service and drivers don't follow requests even if it's to call on arrival (not that hard to do). I would try and ask for money back for poor service but you'll probably be unable to pick up the phone"

"We ordered 2 pizzas and a bottle of coke from this brunch and the order arrived after one hour, pizzas were cold and the bottle of coke missing. Driver advised to call the restaurant for a refund. Lady who works there picked up the phone and advised we won’t get a refund because the driver did not take the pizzas back and than hang up the phone. My girlfriend called back again to tell her the same thing but se said to us to shut up and hung up the phone again. Order number 478124404 Extremely disappointed! How can a dominos employee talk to customers like that?!? We need compensation asap."

"Absolutely shocking delivery service, we are expected to now pay for a delivery that takes forever. Then the driver calls to say there lost and there GPS is not working, to then tell me he only left 5 min ago when he finally arrived, that’s clearly a lie as we received a message to say out for delivery. Pizza then delivered cold. Will not be ordering from here again !"

"The delivery service from this company was horrendous! I have been a long standing customer for many years! Only to be told that their drivers now don't deliver door to door! This was not specified at the checkout or when placing the order. Ordered a dominoes last week and they did not request I meet them downstairs! They came to my door! Some Drivers need to stop being lazy, you signed up for the job so you need to deliver the service customers have to pay for. We are now out of a pandemic and if I have to pay extra for a delivery fee then I expect a certain level of service! The driver tonight was rude, obnoxious and had no customer service skills. When calling the phone number to complain, the owner hanged up and would not take the calls! Safe to say we will not be ordering from here ever again!"
