El Padrino Pizzeria & Pasta

"Also operating as El Patrino, Red Baron, Alpha Burgers and New York Style Pizza (takes deep breath) all from the same grotty shop on Battersea High Street. Ordered via Deliveroo from their ‘New York Style’ incarnation. It took over 2 hours past the estimated time of delivery (using their own drivers) to arrive, the driver was rude and the food itself was totally inedible being cold and congealed. Part of the order wasn’t even what we requested! I had to haggle with Deliveroo for a refund which I eventually got. Totally unacceptable. Looking into the legalities of their business now. Hope all your papers are in order."

"Used to order from here very regularly. Recently, the staff has changed and whilst they're very friendly the quality of the pizzas has become terrible. I thought I'd give them a third chance after the last two pizzas weren't as good as they used to be (smaller, less cheese, less flavour). Third time was the worst, had to return my pizza as it was inedible and partially raw. Shame..."

"We ordered pizza from this company and the Uber driver accidentally mixed up our order with another house they were delivering to. They yelled at us saying that the Uber driver needed to get the food from the other house and switch the orders back and hung up on us 3 times and told us it was Uber's fault and to call them even though we explained over and over again that there was no line to call Uber. We asked for a new pizza because we felt that was not sanitary as the other people's pizza sat on our counter for over a half an hour. They were extremely rude and we were repeat customers and all we asked is that they make a new pizza and deliver it to us."
