"This tasted nothing like a pizza hut meal. Base was flat. No taste, bland. I can't believe a pizza can taste this dull. The place stunk of weed also. I am never going to eat another pizza hut pizza again. Staff were nice though and they were quick in serving me."

"Not for the first time the food arrived nearly an hour after expected delivery time, which not for the first time meaning the food was cold inedible and battered boxes. When I rang the manager Mo, he was inattentive and unapologetic for the food arriving in this state and actually had the audacity to say it wasn't any of the employees fault and that it was the design of the box. Little does he know that many years ago I used to work for pizza hut as a delivery driver and worked my way up to manager and customer experience is what mattered from start to finish. If anybody wants to order food from this outlet I would highly recommend not to, unless you want to waste your money please please please think twice. I will not be ordering again despite his offer for free food next time. This should of been a complete refund and I don't hear from head office I will be pursuing this complaint further. Complete and utter fail and a disgrace to the pizza hut brand!!!"
