"Terrible service, food was late, under cooked and cold once arrived. Management have no interest in resolving issues we were just told to bring food back and take it up with Pizza Hut customer services (who say take it up with the branch). Better off going to Dominoes !!!"

"We ordered 3 pizzas from them via the normal website. 2 large and 1 small. We received 3 large pizzas. I called to complain to them and after having speaking to the manager he blamed me for having the wrong order, saying it's my responsibility to check the order on the email! I even showed the delivery driver of there mistake! I would think twice about ordering anything from this place! Very poor customer service! They don't have a clue about customer service and just blame the customer for the wrong order when it's the own staffs fault! If I could I would have given them 0 Stars!!! Very Poor Customer Services!! Don't Waste Your Money!!!"

"Manager Masood extremely rude couldn’t operate the terminal to place the order. One of the worker has to show him how to do it. When I was collecting the pizza I asked him for a topping he said I have to pay for it. I have never met a rude manager like him before. Pizza was terrible please keep away from this place."

"Ordered a pizza for a few friends. We ordered and collected instore. Pizza wasn’t tasty and felt like it wasn’t cooked. We stood in store to eat the pizza as it was freezing and we were hungry. The man at the counter did the pizza was fine and cooked as per their standards. The next day we all fell ill with vomiting. Needless to say never visited again."
