"Been waiting over an hour for my order when online it stated 20-30 min Absolutely unacceptable! Tracker said it was delivered when the food clearly wasnt so after 45 min of waiting I called and was told driver was on the way. Clearly a fat lie as it‘s now been over 1h and shop is refusing to pick up any of my calls. Absolutely disgusting and will make sure to NEVER order from this Dominos again."

"App says it’s out for delivery then app said it’s been delivered, that was 30 minutes ago. I live less than 10 minutes from the store and still no delivery. They clearly deceive the app by telling it that it’s been delivered when it hasn’t. Phone the store and get told it’s 2 minutes away without asking which order it was. I said that you haven’t even asked which order I am. Won’t order from there again. I’m anticipating cold food but no point complaining because their service won’t improve. Will start using Papa John’s or Farmhouse pizza."
"Absolute shocking delivery time- i live 15mins from the store and usual delivery time is about an hour and a half. When you ring the store either noone answers or we get the standard its 3-4mins away... this is usually without even checking what order i am. The food is usually good but just takes forever to arrive."
