"Just called Pizza Hut Rayners Lane for office staff (over 15 people) the most unprofessional female lady answered the phone. She was not interested in taking any orders and just wanted me to do online as (i feel) she was being lazy and looked like she was being force to work. Message to the owner i think you need to change all your staff looking at your reviews 2.5 stars is very poor standard for a company like Pizza hut. I have just ordered similar pizza from dominos (across the road from this branch) straight forward . My order was over £70"

"Awful experience and very disappointed as usually Pizza Hut has never disappointed me before. Both pepperoni pizzas I ordered on 28 March 2021 were literally moving inside a pool of oil. There was so much oil that the pizzas were totally soaked in it. Extremely low quality and no care was shown at all. I addressed this to the manager and he said he cannot see anything like that in his records and he didn’t do anything about it. I told him that I can send him my receipt of paying for it and a picture but he refused to deal with it. People order elsewhere because here is just a waste of money!!!! Please see my picture!"
