"An absolute disgrace, the outpost takes your money and then doesn’t send you your food. They don’t answer the phone when you try to call. Complete waste of time to order from here, it’s pot luck if your food arrives. This isn’t the first time and they consistently mess up the order anyway. Disaster!!!"

"I must to tell that I was scared to order as first client once I read the reviews and I was quite sure it would be a disappointment. So I was really curious about the pizza ( I’m from Napoli ) because it looks nice from concept that’s why I decided to call them straight away asking about times delivery and the quality. Anthony is been very helpful guaranteeing the pizza was good and to double checking with us once we get the pizza at home. The pizza definitely is good! The offers just Amazing! Never had a pizza like this for 21.99£ 1/2 m pizza Margherita bufala. I strongly recommend to fix the issue about deliveries and you’ll fly high guys!"

"While the pizza’s are tasty, the appalling customer service is not worth ordering from here. They sent me the wrong order, nothing like what we paid for. Upon calling the store I was told that they wouldn’t be able to do anything about it and that quite frankly it was not there problem. To add insult to injury I was also told I wouldn’t get a refund even though I paid for extras to be added. Bearing in mind what we received is not what was ordered. They are absolutely shocking and we will never order from here again. Shame really as their pizza was tasty"

"Very disappointed, ordered numerous times with no issue, tonight however was a different story...Order placed at 9pm, ETA 930pm, called at 940pm to be told the driver was "on his way" a few minutes later the driver showed on tracking, however, he seemed to go everywhere but the delivery address, the driver then marked it as delivered at 61 minutes after the order was placed, but it was most definitely not delivered, several calls later, it arrived 40 mins after the first call (and 1hr 20 after the order time), and surprise surprise, it was cold. Apparently the driver "got lost" (his words) despite the tracking showing him as outside the complex twice. We are literally 5 minutes from the actual store! Store unable to do anything as no manager in. To add to this, we also found a large hair baked in to the pizza while it was being eaten, and the store is now closed so we cant even contact them about it. Suffice to say, I feel sick."
