"Cheesy chips and salad, cheese, salad where is it? This was my last night. I've had a phone call today from Pizza Roma arguing over my review saying it was malicious and not to use the again. Very upsetting why have a review Facility when they don't want honesty. Asked me what was wrong, i told him the chips were cold, the salad and cheese were non existent. He wasn't happy, and said I should have returned it unfortunately I was unwell that's why I ordered take out. Truly disappointing. Is this customer service?"
