"Absolutely delicious pizza and side's, well worth the money as a treat now and again. My only criticism is not enough tomato sauce on the base but apart from that perfect. Delivery was quick considering it was a Friday early evening and the driver very polite. Will be ordering again. We'll done Urmston ✔"

"My experience is pretty much reflection to the previous reviewer Made first phone call however after waiting over an hour and some one answered who was very unhelpful and wasn't even able to provide me with an update on the order. The second phone call was quite some time after to cancel order again if it was just to review person and helpfulness would be Luke the beacon in a world of chaos. Eventually canceled my order and got a refund yes I know it's a new franchise with teething issues and other issues that may have contributed to the issues. Over the years I've eaten papa john's north and south of the UK after living in various places near a franchise and was very excited and looking forward to being able to get a Papa John's delivered after nearly 3 years of not having one I'll be honest the way my first call was delt with has tarnished my faith and possibly not to to try this franchise again because not being able to keep on top of orders or provide an estimate of managing them is rather shocking and unprofessional."

"I've had pizza from lots of places large and small. Papa John's I can confirm is the best by a country mile! The tomato sauce is a little sweeter tan most, coupled with perfectly tanned cheese and sausage pieces like little footballs. Served with a beautiful crisp bottom of base and complimented with a garlic sauce, evey piece of this pizza was devoured with gusto. Would I order again? Hell yes! Would I recommend them? Absolutely! Keep it up Papa John's and Pizza Hut will be quaking in their boots!"
