"The best thing about domino's is there tomato sauce so it's hit and miss if you get someone who is tight with the sauce and obviously has shares in the company or a worker that does it right and spreads it everywhere like it should be. 50 50 so far...more tomato pls"

"Good location to grab a pizza before catching the train. We ate inside and ordered for collection on the way there. Food was hot, easy to order and order was correct. Only downside was that there was no bin inside like usual Domino's. I asked if they were able to throw them away for us (I assumed as they were making food they might have said to leave them on the side for now) but they said there is a bin across the road. The bin wasn't recyclable and didn't fit the boxes plus it was torrential rain - over the road and back we were drenched. I think they should have a bin inside especially as there are tables and seats as well. Apart from that it was all good but that is why I dropped a star."

"Just drove to this dominos and left without a pizza. They have a collection deal where if you buy a pizza before 5pm you can get a large for £8.99 However I went and the lad said they’ve changed it to 4pm now even though the menu in front of him still said 5pm. So after trying to charge me £14 for a pizza I just left, I’m not being scammed. Also, they don’t accept cash only £10 minimum card payment. Just go somewhere else."

"I'm absolutely disgusted by the service that my sister received by both the listed store when she tried to phone and inform them of a dietary requirement. We were trying to place an order and phoning ahead to ensure that they would be accommodating. We first phoned Tamworth Victoria Road and were told that they would not do amendments at all even when she tried to explain that it's a life threatening allergy. The college (which we later found out was the manager) was argumentative and accused her of lying when she said she had been through this process with our local Dominos. When then phoned Tamworth Dosthill and the colleague there also accused her of lying and when she asked to speak to a manager she was hung up on. We then phoned back and spoke to a manager who was also argumentative but eventually relented to helping. My sister is severally allergic to dairy and no where on your website is there an open to change dairy-free/vegan cheese to a pizza from the normal menu so being able to order without phone the branch is impossible. Clearly you staff need better training on how to deal with customers over the phone as all the colleagues spoke over her and paid absolutely no mind to the fact this allergy could be life threatening. Even after the order arrived it wasn't correct as they had completely removed the cheese instead of replacing it."
