"Papa Johns saved my life. My plane was canceled while I was on it. We sat there on the plane for three hours. They only served pretzels and water. When we checked in to our hotel, it was 11:30 PM! Papa John's took my order and delivered it to the airport hotel. The delivery driver greeted me with a smile. Best pizza ever."

"Bunch of guys in the store who can't run a shop even if their life depends on it. They were high for sure. I waited 25 minutes, while they told me it will be 10, to be told that they made a mistake with the pizza and I'd have to wait 15 more!!!! Same thing happened to another customer who came to pick the order he ordered 1 hour ago. Guy doing the dough was cleaning his sweat, scratching his privates and then touching food. The one organising the orders couldn't even organise his thought, let alone the orders. Never order from here, unless you want to taste Indian sweat, and wait 2 hours for it!!!"
