"AWFUL dentist and VERY unprofessional dentist and assistant plus alleged Manager. I am absolutely appalled in the way I was treated for having my child with me at my appointment. In addition to the treatment i found that the dentist was unprofessional and caused unnecessary pain to me as I was not provided with enough anesthetic. When this was highlighted it seemed like an issue as this created more time to the initial appointment. The dentist and assistant made judgement concerning my parenting skills and even had the audacity to gossip further about me. I reported this unprofessional treatment and gossip behaviour to the 'manager' who 'investigated' the matter by sending my ACTUAL complaint to the Dentist who sent a reply to apologise which was blatantly not sincere. What really surprised me was that the conversation I heard the dentists having about me and my child and the awful comments which were made were NOT denied instead the actual dentist responded that this was not about me and my child but another patient she had seen that day and child. I cannot believe that any manager would read such a SHADY Response and actually send this on. Absolutely disgusting."

Lovely and thoughtful receptionist who called me straight away after I forgot to take my dental brush purchase. They routinely call to remind of an upcoming appointment, on top of the text and email."

Sweeney Todd's Niece and her accomplice thought it was funny after being told I had a spinal lapendectomy to flatten the chair to its fullest extent. Don't think I didn't hear you laughing before I closed the door. You Injected then immediately went to work without waiting for anesthesia to work and cause me extreme pain it was worse than being assualted by a Mugger. If you think it is funny to treat 111 patients as a joke because you will never see them again. Then both and your partner in crime need to seriously reconsider your chosen vocations. The owner needs to install camera's just to head-off legal action!"
