"Took my elderly and disabled father to have his first appointment in over 5 years. It took the receptionist a while to help us in the door and when she did, was unable to smile or utter a greeting. The pleasantries continued until we were ushered into see the dentist and her assistant. Both were welcoming, friendly, caring and highly professional. What a stark contrast to the receptionist who I would highly recommend attend further training in just being nice"

I was a bit flustered because of the pain but the receptionist was very patient with me and booked me in for the next day.
