"As someone who avoids the dentist like the plague I have to admit what a lovely experience I had at Wytes my new dental practice. Setting up my appointment was quick, easy and clear. Everyone was so welcoming and smiley on reception, with quick attention to patients. I have to give a very special shout out to Dr Emily Gandy. I've never had a dentist who has put me at such ease and has such a friendly nature. She was highly skilled, informative about everything I needed to know and answered all my concerns with patience and professionalism. She delivers everything with genuine concern for my health and comfort. I felt very happy and cared for leaving the practice."

"I have always had good treatment at the dentists at Westcombe Park station, now known as Wytes. However, lately I haven't found their customer service to be as helpful as in the past. Everyone is very polite and professional but overall the focus appears to be much more on money than customer care. They have been very accommodating at fitting me in for an appointment to discuss treatment costing around £5000, but when I was unable to confirm a Hygienist appointment over the phone because I did not have my card with me whilst at work, they were unable to hold the appointment. A deposit is still on my account for other treatment pending and none of my payments for previous treatments have failed therefore there is no reason for them to doubt my ability to pay. Its a shame that I now feel disappointed with their lack of flexibility and trust to a long term customer."
