"Now that the dispute has been resolved and I got my deposit back. This is one of the worst and scammers agent representing sneaky landlord. They will try to take your deposit when you are moving out. Even though I cleaned the studio , this sneaky landlord wanted to deduct £274 for cleaning. Can you imagine.!! I contacted the property manager and they replied they have no hand and it is the landlord decision but they forgot that they are representing this scammer landlord. I raised a dispute and I got my deposit back. Avoid it guys"

"Had a viewing booked in for a property that they advertised on right move. I’ve been in contract with 3+ people there and all 3 of them have told me different things - yousaf, ariane and Corey. The only helpful person was Corey. Came from Manchester for a viewing that we had booked. No one was there, we called to ask and it had been let without any communication. Absolutely awful customer service, if I could give 0 stars I would."

"Cancelled two viewings in a row after telling me I’ll be the first to view the properties. They told me the earliest available booking is Monday when I called on Wednesday and they let others view it during the weekend??! Then they cancel on me on the day. Waste of time. Also, they’re rude. Avoid!! And of course I expect their response to this will be ‘we can’t find you on our system’. -_-"

A concern about the fire alarm fault signal being triggered was followed up straight away.
