"* DO NOT GET YOUR TEETH WHITENING HERE* very rude and have no customer service skills at all. I asked how I complain & the manager gave me a fake email address Would definitely not recommend complete waste of money. I wanted teeth whitening and paid £230 i was originally quoted £199 I used this for 2 weeks & no change at all not to mention it is extremely painful my teeth look exactly the same so much so I’ve cancelled to have my composites replaced as there is no need, after 3 days of virtually having to beg for a refund only on the money I spent for the composites to be replaced they tried to say I paid less then I actually did it wasn’t until I had the receipt they realised as they won’t refund me the money for the ‘whitening’ even though they didn’t actually whiten my teeth, I was told I would have to wait 7 days! I work in finance it does not take this long when questioned the manager was very rude and unprofessional about the situation, and said it’s a refund they have to send money to your account followed by a huge sigh, then gave me a fake email address to send a complaint too this was very sarcastic and very Unhelpful all in all I have spent £630 complete waste of time & money To your reply I am a customer I came in on Saturday (Loughton branch) and I’ve spent £630 with you I have the receipt and filled my refund request form see attached receipt clearly showing the branches address I spoke to the manager yesterday and actaully have the call on record do you want me to attach this?"
