"28.02.2023 - Visited this dental practice after a long absence due to, pandemic so needed quite a bit of work done. Firstly I must say that the receptionists are very professional informative when dealing with patients and queries. Mr Ali is a Lovely Man, he has a very calming approach and my treatments (two sessions) were Excellent, carried out with absolutely no pain nor any discomfort, really quite relaxing throughout. I'm Very pleased with the service I received. And would not hesitate to reccomend. Thank you Mr Ali - Family Dentist."
"I was very disappointed with how the staff treated me there. I made an appointment as a new patient for a routine checkup. Unfortunately, the assistant didn’t tell me that I had to be there 10min prior to my appointment. When I got there, I was told to fill out different documents and only after that I was told that the dentist couldn’t see me because I didn’t come 10min early and because the dentist was in back to back meetings. So I rescheduled for 2 weeks later. This time I made sure to come 10min early, only then to be told that the dentist was late. I asked how long approximately and they said 25min. That means my appointment at 12.40 would be after 13.00. I asked whether I could return to that time instead of waiting in the waiting area and the receptionist told me that that was fine. However, when I returned they told me that the dentist couldn’t see me anymore because they close at 13.00. I was very upset about this as they did know that beforehand and could have just told me when I arrived in the first place. They apologized and I asked whether I wanted to reschedule. There will be no need for that. Treat your patients with respect. Otherwise, they’ll leave you. I for certain won’t be coming back."
"After being turned away from 3 other places, I rang family dental care for my 5 year old needed to be seen by a dentist urgently. Not only did they register her but also gave an appointment within 2 hours. Amazing service from the person who I spoke to over the phone to book her in (forgot to ask her name) and later when we turned up for the appointment, Laura assisted us through the registration process. Again outstanding example of how someone should be in her profession. Despite being under tremendous pressure since COVID, they are definitely trying to go above and beyond to accommodate the need of their patients. Thank you Laura and your team. Keep up the good work."
"I had a great experience with Family Dental Care. Their service is extremely professional, from the receptionists to the dentist and hygienist. Today I got three fillings done by Dr. Ashu Pathak. As all of them were only minor cavities, Ashu suggested to try out the procedure without anesthetics. I agreed to it and was surprised that I didn't feel any pain at all for the three feelings despite being fully conscious. I'm very pleased with my visit and I'm strangely already looking forward to my next. I can't recommend this clinic enough."
