"Awful service. Signed a contract for a flat we should have moved into over the next few weeks. Was then later told that the current tenant would like to recind their notice so unfortunately we couldn’t have it anymore. We had signed a contract, paid a holding deposit all for nothing. Customer service was awful by the property manager Paul Sherrington. Basically said ‘these things happen’ - sought legal advice and they told us the opposite. His reply to that was I think they’re wrong? Disgrace to be honest. Rented with them through manchetser and never had any issues."
