"Fantastic service, viewed 3 properties in one afternoon with 3 different agencies and Nadine was the only one to turn up on time and even though she was covering for someone therefore her knowledge of the property was not 100% i was still confident in the property and the agency. "Accord provides great services, as a tenant I can say that they have a very good customer service team with proper apps or contacts in place for reporting any repairs/maintainance within the property. I need to appreciate my property manager Mr. Correy Carrington for his timely response, follow ups and support for the issues raised. Sometimes there will be delays to get the relevant works done (but most of the time it depends upon the approvals, communications with landlords etc.) but overall I am satisfied with the services they offer. And I surely recommend Accord for others as well."
