Reviews of The Forum
"Genuinely one of the best places to live at. I only stay sometimes with my girlfriend as this is her apartment, but we are both beyond happy with this place. We initially planned to stay 6 months to a year, but due to just how outstanding the people working here are, we are planning 2-3+ years more at the very least, with me officially moving and upgrading to the two bedroom in the future. That is seriously how impressed I am with them. The managers, Zoe, and her co-workers, as well as the repair team have all been outstanding. They have all gone way above and beyond to ensure every single one of our requests were met."
"As an international Canadian student coming to Birmingham for school, I really struggled to find a one-bedroom apartment until I found The Forum. My experience with all of the staff at The Forum has been extremely positive. Harpreet has been amazing! He worked hard to accommodate my need for immediate possession of my flat. More, he has demonstrated genuine concern for my happiness in my flat and the community at large. This makes a huge difference as I moved to Birmingham not having any connections. The Forum has amazing amenities like the gym, lounge, and workspaces. The staff here is extremely helpful and is eager to help in any way. It is truly a great community that I recommend anyone looking to rent in Birmingham look into."
"Well equipped apartment complex, modern appliances, great amenities, clean, spacious parking lot and moreover, the staff are extremely kind, friendly and do everything possible to help you with any concerns you have. We also appreciate the events held by the Forum in efforts to foster a sense of community and allow residents to mingle. Moving into the city centre, we were worried about noise pollution and security however we haven't found this to be problem at all, we find this to be a very safe and well-maintained development. We feel very much at home here."
"We are a gay couple who moved into The forum in December when it was and still is a brand new property. As a brand new property you’ll expect a few teething issues which any we have had, have been swiftly rectified by the professional in house team. We deal mainly with Salma our head of reception who is authentic, fun and professional always welcoming us home with a warm smile. Along with Stephanie and Phil who have together ensured we have had extra help to ensure our move in process was smooth after a short delay. The building is stunning and has a residents lounge with a pool table and monthly events often with free beverages and snacks where you get to meet and become friends with your neighbours. The gym has great equipment and is secure for residents of the building only. Come late spring the landscape gardens and rooftop will have been completed so we are all looking forward to relaxing with a fizz and the sun out!"
