Reviews of Tower Bridge Dental Surgery
"I received my dental treatment from a dentist named Irene and an excellent dental nurse (whose name I can’t recall, apologies) i have only good things to say about the treatment I received. I had a number of different procedures including fillings and a dental bridge. Irene is an excellent and very skilled dentist who was ably and competently assisted by her colleague. They were poised, professional, personable and very patient focused. Irene takes pride in her work and strives to ensure the patient is satisfied with the end result. As a pharmacist working in the NHS it’s very encouraging to come across such professionalism. The receptionists were always pleasant and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending this dental practice. Excellent service!"
"Had a super good experience. Called and asked for an appointment and she said none were available but told me to come anyways. I got there 20 min later and was seen straightaway. The dentist was super nice and gave me great advice on my filling. Chatted about the anaesthetic and made me feel much more comfortable about the injections"
"The most degrading, rude and disrespectful woman I have ever met. Changed my appointment time four times due to a train strike - 4.30 changed to 4 then changed to 3.30 and finally agreed on 12.30pm as it was during my lunch break. I came in at 12:30pm in the end (as agreed) and made it clear I needed to return to work by 1pm as I am a teacher and it is a training day therefore I needed to be present. By have an earlier appointment, I was doing them a favour as they wanted to shut the surgery early due to the strikes. When I arrived, I waited and she then told me I was not going to be seen due to “upsetting her staff”. Prior to arriving I had expressed to the lady on the phone that it is unacceptable to mess people about, I said I am a teacher therefore I cannot just leave my job at unreasonable times. I also told her that the train strikes are no excuse to cancel appointments 3 times in a row and my working day was normal, regardless of the train strikes so this was irrelevant to me. She said there was no way she was going to miss her train home for ‘your £65’. When I got to the surgery, they allowed me to sit down for 15 minutes before telling me that I wasn’t going to be seen. The lady, who I believe is married to the dentist Ben, told me that she didn’t believe I was a teacher, told me I was ‘more like a classroom assistant’ and that I hadn’t been to university. I can assure everyone reading, I am a fully qualified teacher. She continued (in front of other patients) to be degrading about me and accused me of not being a ‘real’ teacher. She then began to question me on what university I went to. Following this, she shouted, “what raised you? They have done a very poor job.” She then told me that my teeth aren’t perfect and was being very personal about my reason for being at the dentist, once again, in front of all members of staff and the patient. By now, after being humiliated in front of all members of staff as well as their patient, I told her she was a silly woman and demanded I was refunded for the treatment I had received less than a week prior to today. I paid £65 for treatment that broke within days. She refused to give me my money back and continued to scream verbal abuse at me in front of everyone. I sat back down and said I will not be leaving until my tooth has been fixed or I have my money back. She refused once again. My partner came in and she gave him my money and screamed, “get out” at me multiple times. This is the most disgraceful service I have ever received. I cannot believe the way I have been humiliated in front of everyone and my tooth is still not sorted."
"A huge thanks you to the wonderful doctor Irina ,who saves my teeth, a beauty and a unique professional who ingeniously give happiness Friendly staff made the patient comfortable and peaceful. Best wishes girls!"
