Calling about it for another month or two, losing nearly 2 stone, exhausted and looking very pale before they decided I needed an urgent blood test. Turned out my assumptions were right but it should’ve been diagnosed much earlier."

"What a joke , 110 in queue, than answered by a rude unhelpful person , who then tells you to go on line to find a slot , This surgery is going to kill people, because you can't get to talk to a doctor someone needs to tell these doctors they are there to see people not to sit on their backsides and only chose who they feel like seeing. "Having contacted the surgery regarding my mother who is 89 and very frail regarding arranging for her to have a flue jab. I left my mobile number and asked for an appointment, but instead they phoned her and she walked up to the surgery . i am disgusted that the surgery contacted her and asked her to go up to them for this jab. don't they realize we have shielded her all year from covid and being 89 and very frail having go out is infuriating to say the least, i need this to be escalated as for some reason asking a person to go up for a flue jab, could kill her by getting covid...COMPLETE IDIOTS !"
