"Receptionist are very helpless and rude. Someone should teach them manners. They say emergency appointments available only. You tell them what is your problem and the answer is go to A&E. Then how is it possible to get appointments at all?! It’s revolting. If this would be not enough, the receptionist tells you her opinion and diagnosis what she would do instead of giving appointment. I pay national insurance since I am working but somehow it’s still a luxury to get appointments nowadays. Shame on the receptionist because the doctors are nice but the administrators are below standards."

"As many have pointed out, poor reception and service, type2 diabetes but work, sometimes struggle to get in for bloods etc, so henry moores solution, withdraw medication! suffering from back and chest pain, no chance of an appointment at the surgery (didn't even ask what was wrong tbh), so 111 prescribe anti depressants that increase blood sugars! (plus I'm NOT depressed!!!!) just walked in to get bloods checked, told it'll be another month before it can happen, my medication ran out months ago......"

"got told when i rang yesterday that i had to ring at 8am on the day for an appointment. Rang the surgery today at 759 am to get a recorded message saying i had rang out of surgery hours. So at 8 01 i rang again ,to be put on hold for 7 mins and then get hung up on , tried to ring back and it was engaged. I rang again at 8 09 and got hung up on again saying the extension is busy and to try again , i have tried twice now and still cannot get through . Appalling service if i could give a 0 review i would ."

"Good care every time I've used the service apart from one person that was unprofessional (would be 5 stars otherwise). Reception are always helpful. I think the service must have changed the past year because I have always been able to request repeat prescriptions over the phone and if not offered an appointment I at least get offered a GP call back."
