"Great experience with treatments but bad billing system. The receptionist always say that invoice will be emailed over but it never happens for all of my appointments. I either have to call them the next day or insist they send email right away before I leave the clinic. Respose to clinic's answer: Yes I did request and every time your receptionist said it will be sent the next day. It has never happened!"
"I have been to this surgery 3 times technically. The first time the service was fantastic and decent affordable price for a London surgery. However, the second appointment I had tried to cancel via email. The receptionist confirmed, I followed up on email on the same thread within an hour saying to keep the appointment, to which the other receptionist on the appointment confirmed that’s fine. I turn up on my appointment and the receptionist says I don’t have an appointment, when I show them the thread or themselves actually confirming with me they hardly apologises or offered anything other than coming in as if I have a super free schedule. I thought okay things can happen so I booked again a few months later. Fast forward to this day (another day I booked off work and used my second holiday day) and the dentists calls me at 9:40 as I am en route to the dentist to say the hygienist is sick and there is no cover and can I just do next Saturday. There’s not a lot you can do about sickness for sure, but 1. There should be cover 2. Don’t call me 20 mins before it’s not like it’s 7:00 am. 3. Zero empathy in this being a inconvenience. I was told on Saturday I would get my money refunded for £50 credit on Monday by the receptionist. Guess what, no refund by WEDNESDAY and I even emailed Tuesday morning chasing and NO RESPONSE. Atrocious service"
"These guys are top draw! Very professional, very caring. I recently moved dentists to this practice and I’m so glad I did. I’ve never been the best at looking after my teeth but after my first visit to them, their consultation was efficient and professional, and the hygienist Alex was brilliant too, so knowledgeable. Highly recommend!"
"Avoid them! They just want your money and are unable to do their job. I had a tooth on my gum and the dentist said that was saliva (a dentist not able to recognise a tooth). They just want that you spend money for other appointments and are not interested in your health at all. I had an awful experience with them. I just paid for having pictures of my teeth basically. Luckily I found a better dentist that without x-rays etc, was able to spot the problem straight away and proceed with the extraction. They are just useless and don't even admit their mistakes, saying that they never said what they actually said to me, not taking responsibility for anything."
