Sonya is without doubt the best dentist that I have ever seen. Sonya is also surrounded by a superb team, including Zoe on reception who is always lovely to speak to and extremely helpful, and highly competent dental nurses. "I originally joined Sutton Dentists as an NHS patient. Only to find I was then taken off the NHS list without notice and advised I could only get treatment going forward via paying privately. Dr Sonya could not explain why the practice had done this and was avoidant of responding fully to my complaint. This practice appears to only be concerned about private clients, not NHS patients. Be aware, if not already, they may just take you off the NHS list without notice and ask you to pay instead. At a time of cost of living crisis, I'm sure many private clients will no longer be able to afford treatment and need to source a more humane dentist which holds NHS patients as I have done."
