"He did the job and they have lasted so far, which is more than can be said of NHS dentists I've visited in recent years. And so I am grateful because for years I had missing teeth and felt on the margins of society as a result and had mental health problems. Part of my paranoia had been that the government and health services both left and right were out to get me for my controversial views, but apart from a bit of pain and annoyance about fillings in the implants, which may be so that they last longer, and occasional anxiety that the upper ones were placed too high, I am very satisifed with the result. Actually since that last edit I have become slightly less satisfied: as with a refurbishment that seemed to alter without my knowledge, so too the teeth seem to have undergone changes - a bit more variation in the upper jaw than I remembered - although if so it must have happened in my sleep! Stay well away from North London!"
