"This dental surgery is awful. I don't understand how on earth they've managed to get a rating above 4?! The receptionist is incompetent. The dentists want to drain you of all your money. I booked my ONE appointment to carry out a hygienist clean and a check-up. I was told there was enough time for both. Their appointments were running late, I got called in late, the dentist carried out the check and then told me they do not have time to carry out a hygienist clean so I'll need to book another appointment. Why am I being charged for your awful timekeeping? Apparently, the dentists are too busy to take your call. They are very happy to take all your money though. If you want to empty your pockets for awful service, do it here."
