"Avoid, unless you don’t mind being spoken to in the worse way possible and made to leave crying! Already a nervous patient which they were aware, I was spoken to in such a belittling and nasty way, I left in tears and was then refused to be seen by anyone else, which is shocking and neglectful considering they say don’t speak to staff in an abusive manner, what about patients??? I was left so upset and distraught I ended up having a mini Stroke! I’m happy now I’m with a fantastic new practice now that have given the correct advice and treatment for myself and children.
