"This garage doesn't care about customer service, they just care about making money I went to get my car DPF generated, I insisted not to change oil filter and engine oil as it has been changed by themselves 3 months ago as part of service but they said it must be new oil filter and engine oil for the DPF gereneration to work properly. They couldn't get the job completed but charged me for oil filter and engine oil even though they've changed it already. They charged fir an incomplete job... not going there anymore"
"I’ve had an appalling experience here. My car was perfectly fine until I went for an MOT to this place. They failed me for track rod ends ( both front) and they only replaced one- I paid for both parts and Labour. After breaking down on the A12 (almost hitting the wall on 2nd exit), I went back and they caused a hassle when it came to repairing with many excuses. After waiting 7 hours they fixed it to a less than adequate standard and I’ve had to go and repair it elsewhere- to this day my car is nowhere near safe enough to drive at motorway speeds. Moving on from this I have a lot of back pain and stress when driving my car. This will be reported to trading standards as I was not informed of them replacing only one side during my MOT etcetc. DO NOT use their services!"
