"Absolute con artist, took my car for MOT, he failed it on emission. Tried to charge me £80 for cat cleaner which i refused. Wasted money on cat cleaner and V Power went back for retest and it failed again. Took the car elsewhere without any repairs, passed MOT without any emissions issues. New MOT centre reckon they failed me to get more money out of me. I will be reporting them to the DVSA. He seems a bit angry when I went back for res-test."
"I’m absolutely disgusted with their services, or lack of. Having come to S&S motors to fix a problem with my car, this has caused a bigger issue and they are not taking accountability of the poor work they have conducted on my car and are refusing to rectify their mistake. I’m appalled by such a service run by inadequate and dishonest staff members and would highly advice everyone to not bring their cars here, as you’ll soon have to bring it back after a month or so seeing as they are unable to complete a job efficiently."
"Absolutely appalling service and it isn’t the first time I’ve heard this. Thinking that they’d get away with damaging peoples cars more than what was first handed to them…and then blaming the customer when they return for a PROPER service or a refund. And not to even mention their misogynistic tendencies. They are blatantly rude and filthy mouthed. Absolutely disgusting excuse for humans let alone a garage."
