"They were ready for the car when I arrived and I was contacted in the afternoon as advised to discuss the work required. The only issue is trying to contact the branch to confirm I wanted them to go ahead with the works required outside of the MOT and yearly service. They were very busy and I could not get through by phone. In the end they rang me late in the day, however it was frustrating not being able to contact them. I understand they were busy and short staffed. An email address for the branch would be helpful in these circumstances."
