"After using this salon for a year I booked an appointment via messenger, when I arrived at the nail bar, on time, I was asked to take a seat as both technicians were with clients, 15 minutes later another client was given her treatment whilst I was ignored. Very disappointing and unprofessional, I will not be going back, and will spend the extra money at USA NAILS instead."
