"Absolutely ruined what was a pleasurable driving car. The 3 issues that were supposed to be remedied came back worse than when it went in as well as them losing my wheel locking nut and wanted to charge me extra for a new set. I’m apprehensive in bringing it back as who knows what else they’ll do to ruin my vehicle. A month later the suspension light reappeared again and only resets itself to the lowered position. The new egr valves that were fitted to prevent black carbon emissions were not fitted properly as there is more black cloud being emitted even from a low acceleration point. I reluctantly took it back and was told I had to fork out another £1200 for some engine management CPU and it is clear that the problem is more than a cpu unit. I will take it to a reputable dealer and get a second opinion to get my vehicle back to a satisfactory running order. Beware as it appears that this company's reviews are tailor made to convince an unsuspecting audience. I recently went to their website after having some shoddy maintenance work done on my Range Rover sport and left a review and it has miraculously disappeared only to show gleaming reviews. My vehicle is ruined and now I'm having to spend three times as much to get it back in good running order. So beware if you want to be fleeced and have sub standard work done to your vehicle and be charge a premium for the pleasure this is the place to go if not stay away."

They were flexible in picking and dropping my car to my home address, they were not too busy to assist me as other garages and were flexible to repair my car which I was very happy with and able to drive it now :). The staff were verry helpful with lending me a courtesy car, so I could take my dad back home so he could get his car as well and within 2.3 hours (Including the drive to home and back to the centre) our two cars (Mk 4 VW Golf and a Mk 5.5 Passat) had their M.O.T`s done.
