"Very nice pub which a friend and I stopped at on the way to the Cotswolds. We were after food and a drink or two before we continuedon our journey to Upton Warren. We sat at a table nearer the bar end because the restaurant tables were all booked. We stopped on the off chance and we were grateful to find somewhere to eat. The food was very nice (I had a veggie curry) and rice. My friend had fish and chips. The manager was really nice and friendly as were his staff. A nice atmosphere and clean toilets, which count a lot."

"From the minute we arrived the staff could not do enough for us. They we so polite and very attentive. Even down to the cleaner asking if we needed anything in particular as we stayed two nights. A friendly bright place to stay. We would definitely recommend to anyone and hope we have the chance to go and stay again. Breakfast was lovely especially the yogurt, berries and Honey!!! My husband loved the cooked breakfast too."
