"What a shame! I love browsing the antiques quarter in Sheffield,and particularly value the friendly customer service most shops offer. This shop is full of lovely things,but if you're looking for customer service,look elsewhere! In the past,I've had some nice pieces from here but my two most recent visits have not been pleasant: each time the shop was staffed by someone who found chatting to friends,in person or on the phone,much more important than helping a potential customer. Communicating with a customer in primitive sign language while carrying on a phone conversation is just not acceptable! I may have been buying only a piece of fabric this time,but I have a house to furnish and now definitely won't be returning to buy that lovely French bed. Such a shame...."
