"Welcoming reception from staff. Shown to room, which was clean and comfortable. Shower room smelled a little musty, likely due to extractor not working, but this didn't cause any issues at all. Shower itself very clean, and excellent. Bed very comfy. Breakfast great. Bar lovely, and restaurant lively in the evening (we did not dine with you, so cannot comment on food, but it looked appealing). Would defo recommend to others and would certainly return if in the area again. Thank you :)"

"The hotel was clean, the room was very nice and the food choices were excellent Staff were very friendly and helpful If you need to improve anything I would suggest more staff in the morning over the breakfast period, although your single staff member was lovely the service was very slow. Your poor staff member was very busy serving customers their breakfast and having to check them out plus cleaning as well."
