"A smaller branch than some but this adds to the feel of serving a local community. Changed to this branch from a bigger branch as it's more local to me and the staff are more friendly and helpful. There is car parking very close by. All my experiences at the Kingswinford branch have been very positive, from a friendly welcome by the 'shop front' staff to a thorough examination by the ophthalmic technicians. Special mention from my last two visits (First for an appointment, second to collect prescription) go to Julia who I found very polite, friendly and helpful and professional."
"Shocking - Brought 2 pairs of glasses, had to keep going back as I couldn't wear 1 pair as they gave me headaches. Then told 9 months later they can't do anything else with them as they can only replace them within 3 months of purchasing but wasn't told this to start with and was having the issues from day 1. Terrible customer service"
