"Do not send any money to this company. They promised me a refund and 3 weeks later sent an email saying my money had been refunded. I emailed John 3 times to say the refund had not been received. He did not respond to any emails. I called and spoke to Kerry 3 times. Every time she said there must be an error and she would call be back later that day. She never called back. I've now learned they have gone on holiday and nothing can be done. I am now making a complaint about them to VISA."
"Please do not buy from this company. I purchased a mattress on 5/7/15. I have not received either the mattress or refund. Phone calls and e-mails ignored. Now having to go through Trading Standards to try to get my money back. Meantime I have no mattress as I was guaranteed delivery within 14 days! Completely disgusted."
