David organised the time frame for fitting the carpet and the delivery of furniture, for the next day. The carpet fitter was excellent and a very pleasant chap. A piece of furniture had a manufacturing fault and needed to be returned, (no fault of Your Home). We were treated with utmost respect during this process, and not made to feel as though we should not be complaining.
