"Turveys Fine Furniture is one of those rare stores which actually have time and patience for the customer. On first arrival at the store I was greeted by Phillip, friendly, chatty and I no way pushy. I was left to browse the store in peace without feeling the weight of a shop sale person following me around like a lap dog. When I finally made my choice I was given a multitude of of swatches to choose which material I wanted my sofa finished in. Again I was left to choose in peace and in my own time but Phillip was there to offer his knowledge when needed. I made my choice, paid the deposit and Phillip got it ordered. They say that good things come to those who wait which couldn’t be more true. 18 ish weeks later I received a phone call from Phillip today my sofa was ready for delivery and we sorted out a date that was best for me. On the day a small lorry arrived with Turveys Fine Furniture pulled up outside my home. I was excited . Two men delivered my sofa They were professional in every way and knew what they were doing when it came to putting the sofa together. Now comes the part which you’ve been waiting 18 ish weeks for , finally sitting on your new sofa. Wow is the only word that came out of my mouth. Solid, well built and so comfortable. This is what Fine Furniture means. The leather is tough be soft and reclining motors are one of the smoothest I’ve sampled. I honestly couldn’t be happier I know this review is long but Turveys deserve it. Granted they might not be the cheapest in town but if you want the best from service to product then your money will be very well spent. Thank you to Phillip and the Turveys family for outstanding service."
