"My father recently called to change some details on his policy. He was advised to do this online, he'd already tried this and explained it hadn't worked, but again was told to make his changes online. He said he'd try but he's a 70 year old gentleman who's not very tech savvy. The operator on the phone finally agreed to change his details, but was overall very unhelpful. After his details had been changed, she cut him off mid sentence, and abruptly ended the call."
"I just called to add an additional car to my policy. The Agent (Tina) was absolutely incredible in helping me select the right policy for the van and car. I figured this would be a typical 20 min fiasco. Nope, fast super friendly professional service from this incredibly nice lady. She had my cover in place in less than 5 minutes! "Disgusting company. Sold my father a totally inappropriate policy over the phone. As soon as documents arrived. He tried to cancel. Told he didn't have a 14 day cooling off period as he agreed over the phone. Wrong, that is the whole idea of the cooling off period and it is a legal requirement. They are now charging a cancellation fee. Sad thing is I recommended them. All they are interested in is money & miss selling services."
"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The computer system does not work for this company. If you have more than one policy for different vehicles they it get confused. They've over charges me by due to their refunding fees and I am out now of pocket. When I have needed to call out the company they attempted to try and charge due to their own system not matching up the correct details. They will blame you for issues in their own computer system and whatever 90s computer and website system they use will make sure you will get over charged, or charged without your knowledge."
