"Had my four tyres changed today and it was a brilliant experience. I was welcomed by Robin at the reception (she was very professional, charming and she asked if I wanted any tea and coffee). My car was handed over to the crew for the Tyre change (Dan kept me informed every step of the way what was being done on my car and how long it would take). While I waited, I was entertained with some good music on their sound system by Jill. At the end of the tyre change, my locking wheel nut was returned and I was given a full debrief of what has been done to my car by Dan. All in all it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend."
