"Do not buy Really Useful Boxes from this company. I ordered eight 48L boxes (they are £17 each). Four out of the eight were damaged. Four replacements were sent. One of the four was damaged. Two replacements sent – one by way of compensation. They arrived today. One heavily nicotine stained or shop/warehouse soiled (very yellow). I ordered these over a week ago so that my partner and I could sort our house out during a rare half term off together. Not only have we not been able to do that but we have not been able to go out for exercise/social distance escape together as a family because we have been waiting on collection/deliveries. The courier has only been able to collect two of the four damaged boxes due to insufficient labels. Awful service. The only saving grace has been the customer service lady who has tried to resolve the issues on her company’s behalf. Do not be fooled that this is a courier issue. The cardboard cartons have been relatively pristine. This is a company that is either not checking goods before dispatch or one that is trying to offset damaged goods by claiming against third party couriers. Dreadful experience."
