"I actually think they're lovely staff, but I did feel like I was being pushed around a little, whereby I waited 4 to 5 hours for them to start on my vehicle which was the joint thing, they weren't able to change my brake light due to electricity but if this was discovered sooner I would have asked them to repair but due to the delay, I couldn't. They did say they were waiting for a part to come in but parts usually take 1 hour and a half, pricing was okay. I felt cold in the office and a the same person kept opening the door and never shutting it. I guess that's garage's for you. They did squeeze me in last minute the day before for an MOT, so that's a plus."
