"My experience started off positively. I called and spoke with Umar to explain the issue with my car, he suggested I take the car along for him to have a look at. He quickly identified the issue and explain he would need to order a part, suggesting he try a breakers yard then perhaps ebay and would send me some quotes. I am still waiting. I called twice and spoke to his colleague who stated that they had taken down my number incorrectly,, I provided the correct number.... Still nothing. Very bad service considering how urgent and simple the job will have been to complete. Huge disappointment."
