"Taken my car here a couple of times, been ok. However, very disappointed on my last trip. I suspected my air con needed a regas, but instead of doing the necessary checks beforehand, this garage went ahead, regassed, charged me and then told me that my AC clutch wasn't engaging with the power - a problem that should have been identified prior to regassing - and quoted me so high for a fix that I took my business elsewhere and had the issue resolved for significantly less. Of course, once the fix had been made, I had to have the system regassed again. So far, I haven't had any response to my emails concerning the issue of a refund for the original, unnecessary, regassing. Such a shame, this garage had a decent rep before this, but are seemingly just like the rest."
