"Yet another taxi company who let me down, he said he was not able to help get me into London on the date requested but would ask his friend. Nearly a week later no contact. I emailed again and he emailed back straight away and said his friend couldn't help not sure I believe he had even asked his friend I suspect he hadn't even bothered and he forgot. Shame as I wouldn't ask again or recommend. It's not the fact he had no taxi available just the fact he said he'd get back to me and didn't this would make me question his reliability."
